I have Female Paying Guest House facility at Guptakuthi, 213, Rash Behari Avenue. Situated on the 1st floor of my house, it is spacious and has a lovely garden surrounding it.
The house is conveniently located between the Gariahat market and Ballygunge station. There is a short drive way as you approach the building, and hence there is practically no traffic sound disturbances reaching the house.
The area is very peaceful and safe for Girls.
Single rooms are available for them who want to stay with a little more space to herself. The single rooms have a single Bed, Almira , a Table and a Chair for the Guest ,Subscription fees Rs 5500/- per month. Room having twin sharing beds Subscription fees Rs 4000/- per head per month and also rooms having four beds along with facilities to keep their belongings,Subscription fees Rs 3300/- per head per month. A sitting room with TV to watch at free time. A dining table for lunch and dinner to take is also provided on the ground floor for Guests.
Four number of Bathrooms are for use. We take care of cleaning of the entire PG also bathrooms.
Food is optional,home made and fresh.We have arrangement for both veg and nonveg food.You may have food with us or can arrange for Home delivery.No cooking facility is available or allowed in our PG.
We have 24 hrs running water and kent purified drinking water for the Guests.
A fully furnished Kitchen with all Gadgets is given for the Guests to make their Breakfast only.
All facilities are available that one can expect from a peaceful and homely atmosphere.
